Details

• The event must be contracted under a group that has not booked an event with Hesperus since 2010.
• The event must be contracted to occur by Dec. 31, 2018.
• No subsequent bookings will be discounted under this promotion.
• Standard contracting policies will apply, including a deposit based on the "Total Anticipated Event Cost" before the discount is applied.
• The discount will apply to group contracted items only (no personal purchase items such as concessions, additional meals, etc.).
• The discount does not apply to Off-Site Activities with 3rd party vendors such as the Durango Rec. Center and whitewater rafting.
• This web site ad must be referenced and the discount will be noted in the "Notes and Special Provisions" of the contract and will be applied to the final invoice.
• Discount does not apply to existing contracts.
